In order to find out new winning solutions and to satisfy its customers’ needs, Italtronic offers, in the field of DIN 43770 panel enclosures, a new wall mounting version called Incabox XT.
The XT version is an evolution of Incabox enclosure and it is characterized by a front panel with a smooth shape and by the possibility to personalize the product even for low quantities.
In fact, from the blind version of the front module it is possible to obtain a front customized panel according to its own needs even for lower quantities.
Custom machining, labels, polycarbonate sheets are the additional solutions to complete a product which is in evolution, while maintaining a nice aesthetic, too.
The front module and the body enclosure are easily and quickly assembled together with a snap-in mechanism obtaining a solid and steady structure; the pcb is inserted from the upper side of the body enclosure into its proper guides.
The pcb shoulder can be either the front frame or another pcb, vertically positioned and fixed on the very same frame.
As for the Incabox, the product is completed by the frame, the rear panel and the hooks for the wall mounting.
Keeping these last items and the body enclosure as standard products, it is possible to create and mould a front module in partnership with Italtronic for high quantities, minimizing investments in plastic material. It will be possible, therefore, to obtain a product with a refined shape, exclusive aesthetic and colour which can become a recognizable image of its own Company.
