Italtronic srl continuously aim to combine the company’s commitment to Social Responsibility with the objective of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. We are therefore pleased to inform you that Italtronic srl and the Companies of the Plastic+ Group obtained, on 17th March 2008, the Certification SA 8000:2001 Social Accountability. This further increases the requirements set out within the system of Integrated Company Management already certified ISO 9001:2000. Italtronic srl and the Companies of the Plastic+ Group have adopted the objectives and value principles of SA8000 as their own. Italtronic therefore intend to implement policies that are ethical and social committed which are based on; cooperation, communication and mutual trust with all its internal and external partners.
Italtronic’s social commitment has now led to the company’s involvement in the project: "Building the future, together", which aims at building a school in Tanzania. We will inform you about this project and on possible ways to contribute in the near future. Italtronic srl also has agreed to publicise the company’s “Conduct Code of Ethics” and “Social Report” on the company website www.Italtronic.com. This allows any parties who have concerns or interest in Italtronic’s policies to easily access this information and therefore aids Italtronic to promote a mutually trusting and transparent relationship.
