Dear Customers,
I would like to inform you about the introduction of new products in Italtronic ranges. First of all I am pleased to let you know that Italtronic has developed new versions of the RAILBOX range and it is going to invest again increasing the relative codes in 2010. The target is to position the RAILBOX range at the top of the world's offer introducing several versions, each one covering more applications of the already present offer and widening the competition with the other enclosures’ producers. My intention is to explain how this range renovation will be introduced by Italtronic in the market.
1) AVAILABLE DOCUMENTATION: RAILBOX documentation is fully available on our website railbox.info, it is detailed, complete with 3D drawings and printed circuit boards, codes, prices and special versions. The paper catalogue is not available yet and it will be studied within the next months. The documentation will be updated in the contents (already interesting) within the first months of 2010 and it will be integrated with further new versions COMING-SOON.
2) SAMPLES: we will send to you samples of enclosures, now available, obtained by machining (rather than by mould). We chose this way because we can anticipate the applications available before completing the moulds. I assure you that the quality of the machining is excellent, the product looks very nice and the samples obtained by mould will be surely produced because the moulds have already been started up. Let me point out some concepts that may cause confusion which I would like to avoid. Some versions include the use of special terminal blocks arranged up to three levels; in case there may not be the need of a three-level terminal block there is then a specific accessory: it is a hole cover: this accessory is not immediately available for sale therefore I am going to ask to you the number of levels your customers intend to use so that we can adapt this enclosure to your customers’ needs without extra costs. When the accessory is available, we will provide the final enclosure with that accessory. Even for the BUS solution we expect an intermediate solution fully compatible between the version we will supply modifying the present enclosure obtained by CNC processing + the printed accessory equal to the final version.
3) SALES: we can supply immediately with samples but subject to the limitations described in Section 2. That is the enclosures will be obtained from the standard enclosure and modified by CNC and, more, it will be our care to supply you with the necessary accessories. The introduction of the final version from mould will be anticipated by a new communication and sold at the same price.
There are some versions which we cannot sell immediately because we are waiting for the moulds (and we cannot supply the samples, too):
* large panel
* Compact
* size over 45 mm
The large panel with the relative enclosure is the first mould under preparation and should be available by March 2010. The versions Compact and the over 45 mm will be foreseen by the end of 2010.
I would like to point out that the offered codes are just some of those at the moment available simply making up in a different way the elements or the accessories of the range which we could provide you immediately upon request and for which we can let you have code and price.
I am personally asking you to help me during the introduction of this range renewal although we cannot offer to you all the products obtained by mould. I assure you that we are operating in this way to reduce any risk to a minimum and to be able to include any changes or improvements without any particular resistance in the first part of the introduction of the renewed RAILBOX range in the market.
